Shipping Policy 

Orders

All sales made through HearthstoneLighting.com are FOB origin (Danville, VA). This means ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once the order leaves our facility. Hearthstone Lighting will coordinate shipment using FedEx, UPS, or a comparable ground carrier at our discretion. Once the package is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the goods in transit, including any loss or damage.

Shipping Costs

We do not offer free shipping. However, we pass along our volume shipping discounts to customers. You will see these rates reflected at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Orders requesting expedited shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM ET for same-day shipment.

For Canadian customers, please contact our office to arrange shipping.

Local Pickup Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET are available for same-day local pickup at our East Coast facility: 116 Maplewood Street Danville, VA 24540 Pickup hours: 3:00–5:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday)

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages Hearthstone Lighting is not responsible for any loss or damage to packages once they leave our facility. Ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer at the time of shipment. We will assist with filing claims with the shipping carrier, but any resolution is subject to the carrier’s process and discretion. Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered (either signed for or dropped off), it is considered in the buyer’s possession in accordance with FOB origin terms. Hearthstone Lighting is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond that point.

Minimum Order Quantities Some products may be subject to minimum or maximum order quantities depending on stock availability. These limits are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Exchanges For return eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy. All returns must have a valid RMA number. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
