Hearthstone Lighting is a registered brand and a dba of Sterling Lighting LLC. All legal rights, operations, and warranties are issued under Sterling Lighting LLC.

Product Installation  

  • Line voltage: Buyer must use a qualified electrician.

  • Improper Installation: Hearthstone Lighting is not responsible for improper installation.

  • Modifications: Products may not be modified using non–Hearthstone Lighting components.

  • Compliance: Buyer is responsible for following local laws and national electric code.

  • Informational Use: All site content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered official electrical advice.

Typographical Errors  

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information (including after you submit your order) without notice. If an order is canceled due to error, any amount already charged will be refunded.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Virginia law. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Complete Agreement
